Terms & Conditions

  1. Copyright of thescenecliffviewvillas.com is owned or legally licensed solely for www.thescenecliffviewvillas.com.
  2. Villa Reservation: After the reservation is confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel in all cases. If you wish to make changes, modifications, or reschedule, the guest must notify us at least 7 days before the check-in date. Guests can only make changes once (please contact our staff by phone). In case the villa selected by the guest is not available, our staff will contact the guest to choose an alternative villa within the same category.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Guests must notify us to cancel villa reservations in order to request a refund within 48 hours before the check-in date. After receiving the cancellation notice, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days. In cases where guests book during peak seasons, holidays, or special events, cancellations and refunds may be subject to different terms as specified at the time of booking.
  4. Confirmation: Guests are responsible for ensuring that the selected check-in/check-out dates, guest details, booking name, email, and phone number are correct before making the payment. Payment and the issuance of the booking confirmation will be processed immediately. The booking confirmation document will be issued in the guest's name, which is personal and non-transferable. It can only be used for the dates and villa specified in the document.
  5. After the guest successfully completes the booking, we will send the booking confirmation document through the provided communication channel. If the guest does not receive the document, they can email us at info@thescenecliffviewvillas.com or call our reception.
  6. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must present valid identification and booking confirmation upon arrival.
  7. Villa Policies: Smoking is prohibited inside all villas. Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of villa policies. Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed for safety and comfort reasons.
  8. I hereby confirm that the payment proof (transfer slip) is a genuine document and has not been altered, added to, or edited in any way. If it is later found to be a forged document, I accept full legal responsibility.
  9. The Scene Cliff View Villas reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays for guests who violate our policies, disturb other guests, or engage in inappropriate behavior. No refund will be provided in such cases.
